Intrithm provides custom software development services, including web development, mobile development, server maintenance, and Laravel-based engineering. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of any engagement are agreed upon separately in a project proposal or contract before work begins.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom code developed specifically for a client transfers to that client upon final payment. Intrithm retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal libraries used to deliver the work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until accounts are brought current.
5. Limitation of Liability
Intrithm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Third-Party Products
Products referenced on this site, including InvoiceBlitz, Uyirx, and Schoolerhub, are governed by their own separate terms of service where applicable.
